Terms of Service - UDUHosting

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by UDUHosting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Payment and Renewals

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Accounts will be automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle unless a cancellation request is submitted.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notice.
Refunds are available within 30 days of initial sign-up for hosting plans only.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

Sending unsolicited email (SPAM).
Hosting malware, phishing sites, or pirated content.
Launching DDoS attacks or network abuse.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for a credit to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UDUHosting be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
